Social impact programmes

Our Stakeholder Commitments

We have witnessed for the last four decades the ever increasing inequality, prejudice, abject poverty, animal cruelty, damage to the environment and with the advent of technology the impact it has on mental wellbeing of people, in particular younger generations.

We believe in order to address all these issues and contribute towards creating a more sustainable future; more businesses need to adopt a stakeholder strategy rather than the current shareholder value focus. From the outset our values and purpose was built around stakeholder value. We may not yet have the capacity to make gigantic changes, but we are certainly contributing to all areas of our stakeholder ecosystem.

We remember vividly a fascinating Ted Talk by the late Professor Hans Rosling on eradicating poverty, and one of the many ways to achieve this was education to every child, in particular, females. Although we were supporting various adhoc educational programmes at the time, we had not adopted a more coherent educational strategy. This amazing Ted Talk reinforced our purpose and vision to make education in the developing countries a major priority.

We work with small NGOs and individuals across the developing world to support them in their amazing work to bring education to children from primary school through to university, provide clean water wells, save animals from cruelty and wildlife conservation, numerous environment projects – from planting trees to sustainable farming to helping local villagers with solar technology – and perhaps the most crucial of all, mental health support. As qualified Master NLP Practitioners and Hypnotists (Yes, we love to constantly learn new skills so we can give back more), we fully appreciate the importance of mental wellbeing of everyone including ourselves and our staff.

Together with our partners we run educational projects, support UK foodbanks, provide food to home for the elders and orphanages, help farmers with environmentally friendly farming methods, build clean water tube wells accessible to everyone in the villages, feed over 500 stray animals a day, run sterilisation campaigns for street animals, building small rescue centres, run mental health awareness events and provide free counselling to anyone who is in need of help.

Social impact programmes

We encourage any man, woman and child to talk to someone they know or to us in confidence if they feel anxiety, depression or just in general if something is not right. We support anyone from around the world who needs to talk about how they feel.

These are some of the many small scale projects we engage daily as part of our stakeholder strategy. As we expand as a company, so will our social projects. As with everything in life, taking action, big and small is the key to successful outcomes.

Let us all be mindful and look after each other.
